The Second Amendment (Amendment II) to the United States Constitution reads, "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." It was adopted on December 15, 1791, along with the rest of the Bill of Rights.
It doesn’t seem too complicated…"shall not be infringed…" Infringed from the dictionary…restrict, limit, curb, check,encroach on; undermine, erode, diminish, weaken, impair, damage, compromise.

Since the tragedy at Sandy Hook was the catalyst for the current assault on the 2nd Amendment, we listened to a father from Sandy Hook speak to Congress.
Since Sandy Hook was the event that began the debate on gun control, the untold story of 66 other school shootings/incidents and the role of SSRI’s is important. They are an array of anti-depressant drugs currently being used by approximately 10% of our population. Some people have reactions to these drugs that cause extreme homicidal and suicidal thoughts and actions. It is now confirmedly, by unsealed court evidence, that the Aurora, CO theatre shooter, James Holmes, was in fact taking Zoloft an SSRI.
